How we use it: to process your request, communicate status, deliver files, and prevent abuse.
Sharing: we don’t sell personal info. We may share minimal info with providers only as needed to operate (hosting/delivery/payment/communications), or if required by law.
Retention: kept as needed for delivery/support/accounting. Request deletion at neko@nekoencodes.com where applicable.
Service: Neko Encodes LLC provides encoding and delivers finished files.
Your responsibility: you confirm you have rights/authorization to provide sources/subtitles and request the work.
Turnaround: target within 24 hours per file/batch once processing begins (queue time varies).
Payments: typically due before delivery unless agreed otherwise.
Limits: output quality depends on input quality and settings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the job.
