I can’t log in / sign in +
  • Double-check email/username + caps lock.
  • Try another browser or private window.
  • If you’re stuck, post in Discord with your account name (no passwords).
Billing / payment / invoice question +

Pricing is per episode and tier. See Billing.

  • If a payment fails: try another card/bank or wait and retry.
  • If you were charged but nothing updated: tell us the job name + timestamp in Discord.
My job is waiting / queued +

If the tier server is Busy, jobs queue until it’s free. Check Servers.

On Discord include: tier, job name, when you submitted, and what the Servers page shows.

Source link doesn’t work / access denied +
  • Use a direct download link (no login/cookies).
  • Make sure it’s not expired.
  • Confirm permissions allow access.
Download is slow / fails / link expired +
  • Try another browser or network.
  • Disable VPN if possible.
  • If the link expired, ask for a re-issue on Discord.
Encode is slow / taking a long time +
  • High tier uses heavier settings → longer runs.
  • Source quality/filters/audio/subs can change runtime a lot.
  • If you need an ETA, ask on Discord with job name + tier.
File looks wrong / playback issues +
  • Test in VLC or MPV first.
  • Share MediaInfo (or ffprobe) output on Discord.
  • We’ll re-deliver if it’s on our side.
Permission / DRM / rights +
You must have permission to submit content for processing. We don’t help with bypassing DRM or access controls.
What should I include in my request? +
  • Title + season/episode range
  • Source link(s) with access
  • Tier (Low/Medium/High)
  • Notes (subs/audio/output preferences)
What does “Available” vs “Busy” mean? +
Each tier maps to a specific server. Available = idle. Busy = running a job (queue waits).
